Matt & Chandra were married in a beautiful fall wedding at Cedarwood. The staff at Cedarwood did an amazing job adding touches of the tropics to everything from the flowers to the cake. It was seriously one of the prettiest weddings I have ever been to. It was also one of the most fun Matt & Chandra, you guys have amazing hearts & senses of humor. Phil and I laughed the entire day…thanks for making our job so much fun. Enjoy a few of our favorites! (ok, a lot…there were so many pretty details!)

Lissa and Justin are the kind of people you love immediately because they are so down to earth, funny, and completely genuine. We were so honored to be asked out to North Carolina to shoot their wedding at the Biltmore Estate. It was beautiful and speaking of beautiful, check out our gorgeous wedding party…

here are so many things I love about this wedding! I love the personal touches made in the unity candles – sand for her family in Florida, Coal for his family in East Tennessee and a blending of the two for their candle together. The wooden winery boxes and moss were a nice rustic touch and in place of the traditional birdseed or flower petals, the couple did a lavender toss at the end of the ceremony which smelled amazing!

The reception took place at Lioncrest on the Biltmore Grounds and the woodsy setting complimented the rustic details beautifully! The combination of florals, lanterns, and mosses in wooden boxes made for perfect little gardens set into each table and each one was different.

All of the chalk signs set throughout the site were a fantastic addition and the lollipop garden on the kids table was too cute!

Isn’t this the most lush looking cake you’ve ever seen??

And last but not least, this is one of my favorite images from the day. We made it to match one from their engagement session – boyfriend and girlfriend become husband and wife. =)
Thanks for looking!

Emily & Jeremy were married in Lebanon Tennessee. They are some of the most genuine people I know and their wedding photographs show this really well.

Emily’s dad had the absolute best expression when he first saw her.

Nashville Event Lighting and Elegant Weddings by Angela had The Mill looking fabulous!

I love this exit photograph!

Who said lawyers are not fun?! Amy & Chris are both lawyers and their wedding at The Musician’s Hall of Fame was one of the most fun weddings of the summer.

Amy had a headpiece that was so unique. It was perfect for her.

Chris is also a great drummer. His musical abilities were featured throughout the event. At one point he was brought up on stage to play with the band!

Amy & Chris met before the ceremony in The Jimi Hendrix Room. We were told this was the only time they have ever let someone in this room besides employees of the museum. Sweeeeeet!

The ladies brought in the sass.

I’m not really sure what the guys brought, but I let them choose some of their own poses.

We love shoes and thought Amy’s Pumas were one of the coolest pair of shoes we have seen a bride get married in.
Congrats guys!

Christa and Michael proved that you can pull off a chic, sleek wedding in the heart of Nashville. Their ceremony was an absolute dream to photograph, with sweeping views of the city as the sun began to set, only to be topped by the view from their reception at the Stadium Club in LP Field. The whole event went flawlessly under the direction of Corinne from Weddings with Reese, who also happened to be Christa’s Matron of Honor. Here are a few images from the day, starting with the amazing view from the reception!
